PLEASE BE ADVISED, that the next Regular Meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Mamaroneck is scheduled for THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. in the Courtroom in Village Hall, 169 Mt. Pleasant Ave., entrance located on Prospect Avenue, in the Village of Mamaroneck.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
2. 875 PALMER AVE. SARAH NEUMAN, (R-6 District) Site plan review, installation of diesel generator.
3. 579 N. BARRY AVE. (C-1 District) Site Plan for detached garage and infill housing.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. 1000 TAYLORS LANE (R-15 District) , Subdivision application; existing lot with house to be subdivided into three lots.
